SWAPLA Swing 2026

We are excited to host law schools and prospective students at 9 sites across the SWAPLA region this fall.

Registration for law schools and vendors will open June 15, 2026.

Week 1

Tuesday, Sept. 29 – Texas Tech
Thursday, Oct. 1 – Baylor
Friday, Oct. 2 – UT Dallas

Week 2

Monday, Oct. 5 – LSU
Tuesday, Oct. 6 AM – UTSA
Tuesday, Oct. 6 PM – Texas State
Wednesday, Oct. 7 – UT Austin

Week 3

Wednesday, Nov. 11 – Hendrix
Thursday, Nov. 12 – Oklahoma State

Please keep these dates in mind as we move into the fall.

June 15 – Registration Opens
August 31 – Registration Closes
September 1 – Late Registration Begins (site specific, if available)
September 15 – Refund Deadline

As we receive information about each host site, we will share that below. Logistics letters are linked to the site name. Each site is independent of each other and their letter will contain information unique to their location and event.

Registration Pricing

Pricing is based on the total number of registered sites.
First site: $550
Each additional site: $50 per site
Late registration fee: registrations submitted after August 31 will incur a one-time $50 late fee, regardless of how many sites are added.

Adding Sites After You Have Registered

If you have already registered and would like to add another site, please contact us for direct invoicing.
This will help you avoid being charged the $550 first-site registration fee again.
